How to Enable and Display Thank You Page Widgets

Once created and configured inside Rapid, your widgets must be placed directly into your store's Checkout Editor so customers can see them after completing their order.

Widgets can be added to two distinct locations:

• Thank you page
• Order status page

⚙️ Step-by-Step Setup Guide

Step 1: Access the Shopify Theme / Checkout Editor

You can open the editor in two ways:

• Method 1 (Directly from Rapid): Click the Open Shopify Editor button located at the bottom of the Thank you page tab inside the app.
• Method 2 (Via Shopify Admin): Go to Shopify Admin > Online Store > Themes, click Customize, and select the Checkout & Order status page from the top dropdown menu.

Step 2: Add and Position Your Widgets

1. In the left panel under Apps, search or browse for Rapid Bundle widgets (e.g., Rapid Upsell, Rapid Text Widget, Rapid Image Widget, or Rapid FAQ Widget).
2. Click the (+) Add button next to the desired widget.
3. Choose where you want to display it:

   • Order status
4. Drag and drop the block to place it in your preferred section on the page preview.

Step 3: Save Changes

Click Save in the top-right corner to publish your widgets live on your storefront.
