Is the strikethrough price (Compare-at price incorrect or not visible on your store?)

Cause

This issue usually occurs when the “Compare-at price” option is hidden in your Shopify market settings.

On some stores, the option to hide the Compare-at price is enabled by default in the market settings, preventing this information from being displayed on the storefront.

Solution

To fix this issue, follow these steps:

1- Go to your Shopify “Markets” settings.

2- Select the relevant market by clicking on it.

3- the “Compare-at price” option and click on it.

4- Uncheck the “Hide compare-at price” option.

Once this option is disabled, the strikethrough price should display correctly on your store.
