The Box Builder feature allows customers to build a custom box with products from your catalog and unlock tiered discounts as they add more items.

To get started, go to your Rapi Bundle dashboard, click on "Box Builder" and click on "Create Box Builder".

📦 Section 1: Block

This section controls the page setup, URL structure, and overall visual layout.

1️⃣ Box Name: Enter an internal name for your box (e.g., Gourmet Candy Launch). 🔒 For internal use only. Only you can see it.
2️⃣ Box Handle: Define the URL path where customers will access this experience. Example: Entering mix-and-match creates the link https://yourshop.com/pages/mix-and-match).
3️⃣ Box Type: Choose how your box limits and rewards work:

• Tiered Quantity Discounts: A flexible box. Customers can add any number of products. The more items they add, the higher the discount tier they unlock (e.g., 4, 8, or 12 items).
• Predefined Box Sizes: A fixed box. Customers must fill a strict number of slots (e.g., exactly 6 items) to complete their order.

4️⃣ Page Header: Upload a high-converting hero banner image, then add an enticing title and subtitle.
5️⃣ Product Grid:

• Select the number of product blocks displayed per row on Desktop and Mobile.
• Choose your preferred Products Display layout from the 3 available design options.

6️⃣ Publish Bundle: Choose Immediately to make the page live right away, or select Schedule to set a specific start and end date for a time-limited campaign.
7️⃣ Summary: Toggle what pricing information displays in the sticky summary widget. You can choose to check or uncheck: Show Total, Show Discount %, and Show Sub-total.

🏷️ Section 2: Offers Configuration

This is where you load your catalog, organize products, and set up your rewarding discount tiers.
1️⃣ Product Selection: Select all the products and variants you want to make available for this box experience.
2️⃣ Category: Group your selected products into intuitive tabs or steps to make browsing easy for customers (e.g., grouping by product types, collections, or flavors).

3️⃣ Volume Discount: Set up your reward thresholds to encourage larger orders. Depending on your strategy, you can offer progressive discounts based either on the total quantity of items added to the box (e.g., Buy 4 items, get 10% OFF) or on the total amount spent inside the builder. Higher tiers naturally unlock bigger discounts to maximize your average order value (AOV).
4️⃣ Offer Template: Choose the visual layout that best fits your need: Tier tabs, Progress bar, or Slot grid.

⚙️ Section 3: Advanced Settings

Adjust the behavioral rules for your Box Builder page:

• Hide cart summary when no product added: Keeps the page clean and distraction-free until the customer actually starts picking items.
• Allow checkout without completing all steps: Useful if you want to let customers buy an incomplete or smaller box instead of forcing them to browse every single category.
• Stop adding products once box is full: If using a max limit, this locks the grid and prevents customers from adding more items than allowed.
• Link product names to product pages: Allows customers to click on the product to open its native product page in a new tab to read deep descriptions or specifications.

Scroll down to the Button Texts section to fully customize every label, alert, placeholder, and button on the page to match your brand voice.
